Key Features & Functions
- Multiple configuration options:
Forming → Cutting → Stacking, or
Forming → Punching → Cutting → Stacking
depending on the product requirements.
- All movements are driven by servo motors and integrated with automation for:
Feeding → Heating → Forming → Cutting → Stacking
The entire production process is fully automatic. - Mold locking is achieved by pneumatic clamps with a quick-change system, allowing easy and fast changeovers.
- Forming is carried out using 6 bar air pressure combined with vacuum.
